Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping Destinations and Costs

We offer shipping to Portugal and Europe.

For specific European shipping costs, please create a Cart and bring it to the checkout page.

Delivery Timeframes

• Continental Portugal: 2-3 business days
• Portuguese Islands: departures once a week, 5-7 business days in transit
• Europe: 5-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on customs procedures and local delivery conditions.

Damage Cover

As we specialise in second-hand surfboards, standard courier insurance may not apply. To protect your purchase, we offer an optional Damage Cover for a fee of €20-30 per order. This cover includes:

• Reimbursement for repair costs if the board is damaged during transport
• Coverage begins when the surfboard is handed to the carrier and ends upon delivery
• Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery, with photographic evidence of the package and board damage upon delivery.

Delivery Process

• You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
• Upon delivery, inspect the package before signing. If you can't inspect immediately, sign as "Subject to Inspection".
• If damage is suspected, document it with photos and contact us within 3 days.

Additional Information

We do not ship to PO boxes.

A signature may be required upon delivery.
