How are used surfboards inspected before listing?

Every board is checked for dings, delamination, fin box condition and structural damage before it goes on the site. Any issues found are shown in the product description and photos.

Do you ship surfboards across Europe?

Yes. Board Exchange ships to 27 countries across Europe, with boards packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Carcavelos, Portugal.

What happens if my board is damaged in transit?

You can add our optional Damage Cover at checkout. If your board is damaged during transport, we reimburse the repair cost. Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery, with photos.
