When we ship used surfboards, the transportation service companies do not take responsibility for the damage caused during transport. They argue the damage was there before and don't ever reimburse for those damages. We have developed a Shipping Damage Coverage product where, for €20, we cover the appropriate repair costs in the event of damage.

Instructions:
1. Please take photos of the package when it arrives (before you open it) - without it, we cannot cover damages.
2. If the package is visibly damaged, make sure the driver adds a note to the system stating “damaged package” (or something along those lines).
3. Take pictures of the damage on the board and the damage in the box that you believe must have caused it.
