Every board is checked for dings, delamination, fin box condition and structural damage before it goes on the site — any issues found are disclosed in the product description and photos.

Do you ship surfboards across Europe?

Yes — Board Exchange ships to 27 countries across Europe, with boards packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Cascais, Portugal.

What happens if my board is damaged in transit?

Board Exchange doesn't offer returns, but you can add transport cover damage protection at checkout — if your board is damaged in shipping, we cover part of the repair cost.
